Products to both local and international destinations are shipped from Singapore using SingPost. International shipping prices are calculated using SingPost's zone-based delivery rates.
Any additional import duties or taxes upon items' arrival in international destinations are to be borne by the recipient.
We encourage customers to carefully consider each product as we do not offer refunds. All items have been thoroughly inspected and washed, with any defects stated clearly in the product description.
All handmade items have a lifetime repair warranty for defects that come as a result of wear and tear over time. Customers are liable for the cost of shipping items back to us for repairs, but shipping of the repaired item thereafter is waived.
